I chose to craft my nickname into a barefoot horse hoof as my logo because horses will always be my biggest inspiration for art. Raised by two creative parents, I have been drawing, doodling, and painting since I can remember. I took several years of drawing lessons growing up, and several more years of classical realism painting.

 

Horses continue to inspire the leatherwork that I began learning in 2008. Tying rope tack started as a necessity and turned into a fun first career that advanced to braiding fine leather and rawhide. These days I craft horse gear as well as other functional daily items like bags, purses, and wallets.
